This healthy yet exciting cod stew delivers a dose of flavor with layers of fresh vegetables!  Everything is sauteed together with our spices, coconut milk and paired with a cilantro sauce.  This concoction is served on a bed of basmati rice made with green caradamoms, cloves and a touch of whole cinnamon.

*All courses are demonstration style unless otherwise noted.  Hands-on opportunities exist but participation is not required.
