A suggestion-- maybe you can add a picture of the completed dish next to the recipe.

I have red many Indian cuisine writer (they are writer not cook) just to feel betrayed or misguided by them.

I am my self is an Indian and delighted, proud to see true writer of Great cuisine home recipes. I wish you great success, recognition, fame.

Please keep writing true and honest cook books, without the impression of any other culture or westerns touch of recipe.
