Ground Beef with Mushrooms, Red Peppers in a Tomato Sauce

1 pound dried pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
½ tablespoon ginger, chopped
2 cloves
2 small cardamoms
1 large cardamom
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons White Jasmine Tandoori Masala
1 8 oz fire roasted tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 medium orange pepper, chopped
½ cup cilantro, chopped

Boil water in a large saucepan and add pasta. Drain the pasta once it looks cooked. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent it from sticking..Heat oil, add all whole spices. Add ground beef. Stir everything together and then add garlic, ginger, tandoori masala and salt. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, orange and red pepper. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve on top of pasta.
