Recipes: Tamater ki Chutney-Tomato sauce 2 pounds of ripe tomatoes, chopped Heat oil in a saucepan and add whole cumin. When cumin starts to sizzle, add chopped onions, all spices and green onions. Fry them for a couple of minutes on medium heat. Add tomatoes and let the mixture cook for about 10-15 minutes. When tomatoes will turn saucy, remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro.
