Thony Clark (The Mango Man) is the proud owner of Café Costa Rica, the only authentic Latin Caribbean cuisine in Madison, WI. The Mango Man gets his own place and it is a winner. The lunch and dinner specials are great - chicken that falls off the bone and pork that almost pulls itself. The spicy sauces are flavorful, the plantains are a great addition and the smoothies are still the same as they were in the old food cart. Space is small, but that adds to the experience (unless you are waiting for a table). Summer months is great to eat outside on the small upper patio. Worth a visit!
