Mix well and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan. Add onions and sauté them until golden brown on the edges. Add chicken with the marinade in the bowl to the pan. Leave to cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, the sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and serve with basmati rice.
