Sajji Cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small yellow capoloni onion, chopped
1 small red capoloni onion, chopped
1 pound whole milk cheese, cut in cubes
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
11/2 teaspoon Sajji Masala
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 8 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Add olive oil, add chopped onions. Saute the onions so they turn golden brown. Add cheese cubes. Add garlic, salt, Sajji Masala, chili powder and tomatoes. Stir the mixture, add chopped spinach. Mix everything together and leave on medium heat to cook for about 5 minutes. Serve with basmati rice.
