Cabbage Saute

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon whole cumin
1 small green cabbage, chopped
1 small red cabbage, chopped
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chile powder

Heat oil in a pan, add whole cumin. Let it sizzle for a minute or so. Add the cabbage. Saute the mixture for five minutes or so on medium heat. Add all ground spices, mix well. Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes or so. Serve as a side dish.
