Sole Fish with Tandoori Masala

2 pounds sole fish fillets
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons White Jasmine Tandoori Masala
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
˝ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon White Jasmine Tandoori Masala
˝ cup onions, chopped
1 can fire roasted tomatoes (8 oz)
˝ teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped



Place sole fish in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, White Jasmine Tandoori Masala and salt. Set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan. Add chopped onions and sauté them until golden brown. Add tomatoes, salt, and Tandoori masala. Gently add the fish filets, add chopped cilantro. Cover and leave the fish to cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, the sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and serve with basmati rice.
