Recipes: Keema Keema - Ground Beef with Whole Spices: 1 pound lean ground beef Heat the oil, add all whole spices, red chilies and onions. When red chilies turn deeper in color, add the ground beef. Stir everything together and then add garlic, ginger and salt. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes. Add a cup of water, cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve with basmati rice.
